• Okay.. Stagecoach was AMAZING!!

  This past weekend, Stagecoach took place here in California in Indio. What a weekend!! Saturday was filled with Steel Magnolia, Chris Young, Darius Rucker, and Kenny Chesney. Sunday was jam packed with Easton Corbin, Josh Turner, CARRIE MARIE UNDERWOOD FISHER, and Rascal Flatts!!! Omg it was amazing. My very first time being there lead me to thinking "why haven't I been here previous years??" definitely going back next year. However, it won't be as special because this year my BFF Carrie was there to make the weekend even more amazing than it already was. I got a meet and greet for the festival at about 5:30 I walked to the tent. In line, I met two wonderful girls--Carly and Nicole-- and we quickly became friends! I went 4th into the meet and greet an I greeted my BFF with a huge hug on behalf of all Team Carrie like I had promised!! We talked for about 2 minutes (it was sooo rushed this time around). What made me really sad was this: I had given Carrie a picture of us from our last meet and greet and a letter inside a big envelope. After she gave her autograph she asked what was inside. I told her what it was and she said "aww a letter." she began to open it, and the security guy said, "You'll have to read it later. Let's take your picture now." I was really sad. So I said, "don't worry. Just read it when you have a chance." and she said, "I promise I will." so we took our picture together. After our picture, we managed to get a GROUP SHOT of Carrie and I, and Carly and Nicole (remember the two wonderful girls that I met in line? Hope you are reading this!) and we set up our picture to spell out the letters with our hands to say: L-O-V-E. It was the most amazing moment!! <3 love our girl. Love Stagecoach. Love life!

• 2011 !!!

  wow.. i feel like i haven't written a blog in forever.. and maybe its because i havent!! 2011 is here.. i can't believe it!! and the first week of 2011 has passed! well this year is gonna be AMAZING!! Carrie's up for a GRAMMY, GOLDEN GLOBE, SOUL SURFER COMES OUT IN APRIL.. AAAAAND I GET TO SEE HER AGAIN HERE IN CALIFORNIA AT STAGECOACH 2011!!! sorry i didn't mean to yell i'm just excited!! haha :) love you all CAREBEARS!!

• I finally had the chance to meet my new best friend.. Carrie Underwood <3

  I can't believe I actually had the chance to meet my favorite artist and person in the world.. our LOVING CARRIE <3 I met her for the first time, Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 at the Hollywood Bowl here in Los Angeles. <3 When I first received my Meet and Greet email, I was at work. It was about 10 minutes until we we're off the clock, and just like every chance I had, I checked my email on my handy dandy iPhone. BAM! There it was! My Meet and Greet email!!!!!!!! My first reaction was like, "OMG THIS CANNOT BE TRUE!" And I am not even kidding.. I literally turned my phone off and back on again to check and see if the email was in fact true. And it was! I felt like the luckiest girl in the world in that fast 10 seconds!! I cried thinking about how lucky I was, and that finally my dream of meeting the fabulous Carrie Underwood was finally coming true. I had exactly 3 days to plan what in the heck I was gonna say to her, and what gift I was going to make her. I ended up making her a framed scrapbook collage of her, Mike, and Ace (the 2 men in her life :) and I gave her a Congratulations Wedding card for her and Mike. <3 I was so so sooooo excited to give her my gift I could hardly contain my excitement!!

  Before I knew it, Saturday morning comes around. It is finally October 2nd! I woke up with the biggest smile on my face and I just wanted to start getting ready!! At noon, I started curling my hair and ironing my outfit, and, of course, thinking about what I was going to say to Carrie! My boyfriend, and two friends came over and it was time to head to the Bowl. <3

  I'm gonna fast forward to the big moment here: It was finally my time with Carrie!!!!! I handed my camera over to the lady who was taking pictures, I looked over at Carrie, and she had the sweetest smile on her face. I noticed she had similar boots on as I did, just black and leather!! :D I walked over to her and this was our conversation:

  Me: "Carrie!!!!!" Carrie: "Hii!! How are you doing?" hugs me Me: "I am really good now!" Handed her my Grand Ole Opry poster for her to sign Carrie: "You are so pretty!" Me: "Aw Carrie thank you and so are you, inside and out. That is why I look up to you!" Carrie: "Aww you're so sweet! Thank you! Did you get this at the Opry?" Me: "Yes. I was lucky enough to go last September with my aunt and uncle. We had such an incredible time." Carrie: "I am so glad. I love that place! Let's take our picture.. Oh hey, put your hand on your hip.. Same boots, same pose!" We shared a laugh Me: "Well thank you so much Carrie for everything. And here is a little token from me. I made you, Mike, and Ace a collage, and I included a card for you and Mike." Carrie: "Oh my gosh, it's beautiful. Thank you so much! You know I don't have time to scrapbook, so I really appreciate this, and I KNOW Mike and Ace will too!" She hugs me again Me: "Thanks again Carrie! I appreciate it all!" Carrie: "You're so welcome. I hope you have fun tonight. It's gonna be a great night." Me: "Thank you, I can't wait!! Hope to see you again soon." Carrie: "I am sure we will run into each other again." She hugs me again

  Undoubtedly, the most amazing experience of my life. Not even to mention the concert itself. Sons of Sylvia, Billy Currington, RANDY TRAVIS, Orianthi, and FIREWORKS!!! Thank you so much Carrie for everything!!!!!!! You spoiled us here in LA!!!!! You're amazing and I love you <3

  Wow.. 8 days until I see Carrie at the Hollywood Bowl!!! I am beyond excited!! I remember that these tickets went on sale February 12th, Valentine's Day weekend. I was in Big Bear for the weekend and I was so bummed because I wasn't home or even at a computer to purchase the tickets. As soon as I got home, and I mean AS SOON as I got home, I raced over to the computer to purchase the tickets for my boyfriend and myself. I screamed when the tickets were being printed in front of me!! :) I was so blessed that I was able to purchase and print (thanks to Ticketmaster). It's crazy to think that I have been staring long and hard at these tickets for EIGHT WHOLE AND LONG MONTHS and now it's finally here!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D

  I seriously cannot wait until the concert! It's going to be one amazing night!! LOVE YOU CARRIE!!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
